        Thanks Dan, I hear from patients frequently that certain fruit should be avoided or one is better than the other. All fruit is good and will cause a rise in BG but this is normal. As a RD, we recommend folks eat their fruit vs drink fruit (unless hypo and then take 4fo, check BG and wait 15min).
