This guide is very helpful. For me, it is important to come prepared with questions for my PCP. Fortunately, my PCP is good about answering all of my questions during my appointments and being very responsive in the patient portal.

I ask for my lab values so that I can refer to them when I need them and also see for myself when I improve. Got to celebrate the win!!

This is an excellent guide and a great review for many!

I was having problems with the “bitly” url. If someone else has that barrier copy from Dan’s post, “Your Rights and Care Standards: A Guide for People with Type 2 Diabetes” and it will come up.
