I have struggled for years with my A1C.  Going from double digits during COVID, now at 5.4! It’s all a work in progress. Gotta stay focused

Great job! Definitely keeps you motivated when A1C drops significantly.  Can you provide details of what you actually did over the six months. Eating, physical activity/exercise usually helps, but anything that may not be so obvious? Thanks for sharing.

Congrats! Great work. Any details on what really helped the most or is it a combination of lifestyle changes?

Hi. My AC1 went from 6.9 to 6.3 in 3 month. I walk for 50 minutes everyday, and I do 5,000 steps a day to keep my AC1 down. It works.
