          Let’s remember that any movement can improve health.Ā  Small steps can lead to big improvements.Ā  If you have struggled to get moving, start with small goals such as I will get up every hour of sitting and move for 2 minutes. Once this is accomplished you could move for 10 minutes 3 times per day.Ā  Movement includes walking, biking, swimming, doing chair exercises or resistance training, anything that you are doing to move your muscles. Do what you enjoy, and it may change throughout life. The point is to keep movement a priority.
