Hi. My AC1 went from 6.9 to 6.3 in 3 month. I walk for 50 minutes everyday, and I do 5,000 steps a day to keep my AC1 down. It works.

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2022. I wasn’t feeling so good so I went to the doctor, and the doctor ordered a lab work. The results wasn’t good my numbers was very high, and cholesterol too, sodium, blood pressure, sugar numbers. I was eating bad things that’s what’s cause my numbers high. So now I have been taking 5 medicines since then. But starting in 2023 my numbers started to go down, and I started to do walking ever since then. I do 5,000 steps a day to help keep my heart healthy, cholesterol down, sodium, and sugar Ac1 down. I eat heatlhy too.My Ac1 in 2026 went from 6.9 to 6.3 which is not bad. My doctor is really proud of me. I love walking it’s so refreshing, and good for my health.
