This is an excellent guide and a great review for many!I was having problems with the “bitly” url. If someone else has that barrier copy from Dan’s post, “Your Rights and Care Standards: A Guide for People with Type 2 Diabetes” and it will come up.
Congrats! Great work. Any details on what really helped the most or is it a combination of lifestyle changes?Great job! Definitely keeps you motivated when A1C drops significantly. Can you provide details of what you actually did over the six months. Eating, physical activity/exercise usually helps, but anything that may not be so obvious? The buddy system is always great! Incorporating movement throughout the day is another way to get needed physical activity. Build on baby steps. Start out with only a few minutes and work your way up.If mobility is a concern, check out YouTube! Chair exercises are a great way to start, though the exercises can get as intense as you like.
